Amazon Cancelled my Order saying "Technical glitch"

Hi, I came across a promotion on amazon.in on the 27th of March, 2016 and decided to see if I qualified ,The offer was for Moto G Turbo (White, 16GB) where users would get Rs. 7500 off. There have been a lot of offers and promotions going on regarding different online e-commerce sites and there was no reason for me to disbelieve this promotion, and even if I chose to disbelieve it(As they sometimes even sell stuffs at 1Rs only), I knew that the code offered would not work if the promotion was not genuine. So I tried, and voila! The code was taken and my purchase went through. The order number was  #404-1079663-4907530.
After some minutes I got confirmation from Amazon.But delivery Date was not estimated,Later that day even Delivery day was estimated as 30 March - 1st April.
So I was sure phone would reach me hence i called my uncle who lives in UAE to not bring phone as I found here in India at good price

But later  I didn't even receive mail saying order canceled. But when I checked "Your orders" it was disappeared
So I am complaining to consumers Forum that this is a clear case of illegal marketing and publicity stunt by Amazon.

This surely cannot be a technical glitch, and looks more like a ploy to make more hits on the Amazon page and bring in more customers. If this was indeed a glitch and a wrong promotion, the code wouldn't have got accepted. Or, Amazon would have stopped the promotion once they came to know about it. The promotion went on live in the wee hours of the morning, and continued to go on till late noon. Definitely, Amazon would have noticed the large number of orders being placed for the particular product and stopped it if they wanted to.(Also "Amazon Moto G Turbo" keyword got trend in google on the same day with more than 25,000+ searches) This never happened. Now, what happened, happened. As a customer, I rest assured feeling that the order went through because of the confirmation and wait for Amazon to deliver the product as promised. However, there comes a message suddenly, saying that the order is cancelled with a vague, really vague explanation that this was a pricing error. They realized this suddenly?? After a whole day?? Hard to believe. Absolutely ridiculous customer service! I contacted Amazon Customer Service and the explanation which they gave was nausea-inducing. They refused to take any blame and instead started blaming the seller, Cloudtail, for the issue. They clearly told that (I have the chat transcript) the seller was at fault for the promotion and that an action is being taken against them. I checked the site, and saw that Cloudtail still had thousands of items on display on Amazon and was wondering what action she was talking about. It was only a long round of seller-bashing that the agent ended the chat. So, here is the bottomline and what I need to complain about. Clearly, from a normal customer's point of view, this is a gimmick to bring him to the web site and nothing else. Make him place an order and refund it:
NO DAMAGE DONE FOR THE COMPANY, BLAME THE SELLER WHO STILL HAS A USER RATING OF 4.4, AND MISSION ACCOMPLISHED SINCE LOTS OF NEW ACCOUNTS ARE CREATED AND CUSTOMERS HAVE ALREADY NOTICED. I need Amazon to explain this. If it's a glitch of their's, the orders should have got processed.

Later It Turns out : They were lying and delivered to some customers(Check Pic Below) this is purely discrimination
